Spent last week looking for a car for the missus.

I had that feeling the other day,
That being watched feeling, and the whiff of coffee coming out of the computer’s speaker ports.
Plus the incessant typsos!

I just wasn’t in a position to apologize for them.

Typsos are Darks’ hallmark entrance gimmick.

In the beginning of the Undead Thread (before it WAS the Undead Thread) we tried to take the thread to the End of the Internet and succeeded. It was during that time that I learned that when Darks lurked, I made massive amounts of typsos.

And each time, I would say, “Darks! I know you’re there!” and hey, presto! There he was...blushing furiously...he sed.

My brain hurts. I didn’t fall asleep until 0330, and then I had to make one more trip downtown to the traffic court with Himself because we (I) could find nothing on the website about the parking ticket dismissal.

*sigh*

It wasn’t there because it had been “closed/dismissed” but the website just said “nothing by that number can be found.” What does that mean to someone who is worried about a possible warrant?

So, I have a print-out of the status and will keep it forever. (GAH!)

Well, it IS embarrassing to see typos appear simply because you’re lurking or reading along while at work.

But I always “knew” you were there, even before the typsos became epidemic. Which may explain why we share dreams...

A few months ago I started getting ‘pings’ in my sleep when someone had pinged me on FR.
The first time I woke up an checked on my ‘Beeber like device’, there it was!
Second
Third
Fourth
It stopped being funny when the freepathon started.
Managed to stop it happening by powering off the ‘Beeber like device’ at night.
There where no internet connections running at the time, so how?

I seem to have an aura of presence that gives me away.

My mouse does that too.
It’s one of those laser mice, and it bounces around the screen if the laser pickup thinks the mouse has been lifted or tilted.
Or, in my case, the neoprene mousepad fabric is gimped and the mouse reads that as some drastic motion.

Or, if it isn’t a laser mouse, the rollers may need to be cleaned.

Those lazer mouse do a lot of tilting. I swear my mouse must have found something alcoholic to drink.
