with the authors having totally failed to tie up all the loose ends. Just like life.
I wouldn't mind the loose ends so much if people didn't leave them on the sidewalk where I keep tripping on them.

Since my junior year in high school, I have been a huge science fiction fan. I used to love Sci Fi, but it got sort-of predictable so I moved on. I don't read nearly enough any more - it's too much of a pain to lug a book around all the time. I'm this close to getting a tablet with a book app.

DId you see/hear what happened at Charlotte Motor Speedway?
The fiberglass body of one of the NHRA cars (looked like a FunnyCar) flew off and landed in the crowd. Sound spectacular, in view of the fact that that drag strip is four lanes wide.
I just saw a small clip, but can’t seem to find it on any of the speed/sports networks.

We were “cold” here today also, never getting above 16 Celsius (low 60’s?). Nothing a bit of hot cider and some beddy-bye won’t cure.

That'll do, pig.
That'll do.

My stamina runs out aroun 1400, and from that point on, I say and do stupid things because the fatigue afftects my brain as well as my body. Thank you!!! I now have an excuse for the stupid things I say and do.
Assuming I can state it so cogently when I need it.

Put it in writing early in the morning, like I did, and you and always refer back to it. LOL!

Interesting. I was wondering whether people would assume Bingo or Battleship.
We can be sure we’re not going to play Scrabble as most of us can’t remember how to spell bhgllrgth - or however you spell it.

You haven't gotten a gig writing your nightmares as news stories for Foxnews.com, have you Darks? This one has your fingerprints on it.

No, I haven’t seen much news recently. I’m sure it was quite a shock to the people who thought they were just observers!

Now that’s a bit much. Pythons are one thing, but over 50 cobras!

53 Cobras probably weigh less than 53 Pythons.
Depending, of course, on the ages of the snakes.

Oh, dear. What’s that in the baby’s mouth?

Good point. Fortunately, we don’t have a python at the moment.

B-12 isn’t a possible move in Battleship. It’s a 10X10 grid.
