PayPal is anti-2nd Amendment! (email I received!) VANITY
my email | today 4/9/2013 | surroundedbyblue

Posted on 04/09/2013 4:00:53 PM PDT by surroundedbyblue

Wow. I had heard that Paypal was anti-second ammendment, but I now know first hand. I received a phone call and this email today from Paypal. I have been a member for about 13 years. I am canceling my account today. Paypal puts Ammunition and firearms in the same category as narcotics, steroids, drug paraphernalia, misc. crimes, etc. See my pasted content from Paypal's website at the end of this email.

Further, my sale of ammunition went to a single Mom in PA who is concerned about her safety and being unable to defend herself given the recent political environment and new anti-second amendment laws. She was unable to get any ammunition where she lived and further stated that ammo was like a currency there. She is one conservative republican in a large community of democrats and feels that if civil unrest were to develop, she would certainly be targeted by scores of people around her that have been living on entitlements. God help us.

Send this on. Psalms 144:1

It is how drug dealers conduct transactions while keeping snoopers clueless. That’s where all the street names come from. They have to change it often as cops get on what they are using. They don’t say ‘want to buy some pot’ but instead, ‘want some candy’.

Our Republican Women’s Group was considering using PayPal for our next fundraiser to make it easier for people to buy tickets. So I sent your post via email to three people on our Board and the email was rejected by Yahoo. Never had this happen before. Worrisome.

Get used to this, folks!

There is an effort to make us extinct.

Liberals already control education.

They have their fingers in banking.

Soon, your mortgage and insurance companies will ask about guns in the home.....or they will already know via some federal database.

Here’s the rejection I received. Maybe somebody smarter than I can explain it. X’s replaced people’s names I had sent it to.

You must have used the word Republican, conservative, Constitution or some other equally “terroristic” term.

I agree. A group of friends & I were talking about this after Sandy Hook. Pretty soon, you won’t be able to get homeowner’s insurance if you have guns in your home. Or they’ll make your premium so high it’ll be cost-prohibitive. It’s getting ugly out there, folks - the hostility towards gun owners & indoctrination of our children will soon make us second-class citizens.

Some idiot surgeon I work with was blathering on about her kids wanting to play at a friend’s house a few weeks ago. She said she called the other mother inquiring as to whether or not there are firearms in this home. When the mother said yes, Dr Liberal said “well my children are not permitted to come to your home, then. But your children are welcome to play at my house.” What an ass. Meanwhile, my cat has injured more people than my guns. The damn thing lays on the steps, tripping us quite frequently. And once, he turned the gas on the stove while we were asleep. I’m lucky the roof didn’t blow off when I flipped the kitchen light switch the next morning. Guess we need cat-control legislation.

What? You mean that people are supposed to actually read those TOS agreements before clicking to say they agree to them? :)

Actually I used the subject: PayPal Anti-2nd Amendment Alert on the email that was bounced. Maybe some truth to your statement.

Two weeks ago I sent an email to the same people and used the subject: PayPal Option for Fundraiser. But at that time I wasn’t aware of their anti-2nd Amendment stance and we were looking for some way to allow people to buy tickets for a Republican fundraiser without having to physically mail a check. Tried changing the Subject to just PayPal but didn’t change the content and it still did not go through.

If your state doesn’t allow something neither does Paypal. I understand this policy.

PayPal is a subsidiary of eBay, which has long had an anti-gun, anti-ammo policy. I think eBay even bans gun accessories.

On the plus side, eBay is not the only online auction site, and PayPal is not the only electronic payment system online.

Check for “PayPal alternatives”.

PayPal and e-Bay are spwans of Satan. Their fees are outrageous and they have no interest in protecting the seller with regards to international sales. I have been ripped off of about $1,250.00 in the last year with international orders “claiming” they never got their items...regardless of the tracking across the U.S. to the plane leaving the U.S.

They can’t track packages once they leave the U.S. so they side with the buyer EVERY SINGLE TIME and screw the seller. I had to stop selling internationally.
