This story will only make sense to people of a certain age group. However, did Paul Anka NEED to tell this story at all? Annette Funicello suffers from multiple sclerosis. What imbecile would say something as tasteless as this about another — even if true. Does the world need to know? As far as Paul Anka’s career goes, it died an unlamented death decades ago. Anka has just demonstrated why his former career is in the toilet.

I think what actually cracks me up is the thought of these idiot journalists down at the Globe. They know that the current generation gets ALL their news from blogs, texts and online postings and not from printed material, whereas most Baby Boomers out there probably get it from both, but a large number get it from only printed and TV.

So these people, (like Low-Life Anka), are sitting around thinking... Hmmm what can we do to attract the Baby Boomer crowd out there? I know..post a teaser about Paul Anka bedding Annette.

Fact is, we all knew those people were bedding one another.

Probably in weeks ahead we’ll hear about Leslie Gore and Hayley Mills were lovers, and that V B. J. Thomas and Elvis during some of their weekend binges cross dressed together.
