On the rear windows of cars, I have seen NOW with a cross superimposed over the "O" for a few years now. What does it mean or symbolize?
I have searched the internet for an answer and can't find anything but the symbol itself without an explanation.
The cross is also a “T” so the acronym is NOTW, meaning Not Of This World because as Christians this world is only temporary and we belong to God rather than to this world.
is it upside-down?
No. See my link in post 3.
See: http://www.notw.com/
Everything looks like an “O”.
I ordered from them. They said my clothes were en route from Alpha Centauri.
Jeepers. I hope you chose the Super-Saver shipping option.
Be careful. When ordering pants, they can often get waylaid in Uranus.
No doubt, being shipped via UPS. (Universal Parcel Service)
Interesting. My guess would probably have put the driver of the car on the list for the Secret Service to visit.
I’d suggest upgrading to the FTL shipping option if you are in a hurry. Because of time dilation, the package will arrive before you even place the order!
Lulz
perhaps you should have selected TARDIS EXPRESS. their motto is “When it absolutely, positively has to get there before it’s sent.”
So this is where the Tie-Dye fad ended up?
Thanks for your responses.
It stands for “Not of This World”, a Christian clothing brand that has Christian t-shirts and clothing. You can learn more here: http://www.c28.com/now-cross-symbol.asp
