I have about the same internet speed you do, for standard definition, it is usually fine.
I used to move my Roku from the Bedroom to the living room, I bought a second one a few months ago to make life more simple. If you want to run two TVs at the same time you will need two boxes, on the other hand with your internet speed, you will not be able to support two streams at the same time, so you could get by with one, moving it to where you want to watch.
That’s the speed that I have. I gave up watching because of all the freezes. ATT will tell you you need to upgrade ($).
one streaming device per screen.
My Roku and Netflix give me the most viewing enjoyment that I can remember.
I gave up television decades ago, since it simply didn’t interest me much.
Now I get Wallander, English and Swedish televison serials, for example. Lillyhammer was funny.
I get numerous British murder mystery/crime procedurals such as Foyle’s War, George Gently, Cracker, to name a few I’ve enjoyed.
If anybody worries that Netflix has raunchy stuff, forget about it. It has adult language, but it is in the films.
Pinging you A.M because I think Roku would be a good solution here.
Where do you get the Swedish content? I used to use websites like choose and watch for international broadcasts but they all seemed to gravitate to x rated stuff or didn’t update content.
I miss BBC shows like Monarch of the Glen and Glen Roe.
Anything but left/liberal, PC, anti-conservative Dish.
Charlie is a real regime supporter, isn’t he?

You do good work. ;-)
Amen. Go Roku
Its called SCAMCAST. They really bite.
I tried Roku. I was not impressed. The quality and features of using my DVD player with built in premium services is far superior. Some TV’s have these features built in as well. Roku seems to be very limited on cpu power and memory. Picture and sound quality was not so good. However- since you want Blaze TV then your options are limited.
Could I trouble you to elaborate on that more, please?
what problems?
My thanks, that was quite informative.
They’re bullheadedly refusing to put on the BlazeTV .
Swedish includes several movies, Swedish version of Wallander tv, Animal Benkzton Crime Reporter, tv series.
Danish includes movies, tv series “Eagle,” “Protectors.”
Norway movies, Lillyhammer tv series.
On Netflix.
We have had a Roku box for about a year and have really enjoyed the heck out of it. While there are many “channels” available through Roku, the one we use almost exclusively is Netflix.
However...just today the Roku started acting up and will not allow me to access any content. Have not tried a factory reset, but that might fix it. Anyone else encounter this?
Also, while I have a subscription to “The Blaze”, and can access it via computer, it will not play on Roku - although it did when I first signed up....Do I razz Roku or Beck?
And, as long as I am asking questions, what should I have for dinner tomorrow? Thanks, all!!
