Yay! Pain free! I hope it was just indigestion or something. I get chest pains sometimes when I’m swallowing my vitamins and something gets stuck in my esophagus. Those giant fish-oil capsules can be persnickety from time to time.

I’ve had heart pains (after my surgery), but they felt as if I was getting stabbed in the back.

Could just be my friends gossiping about me; one never knows.

Why do you give oil capsules to giant fish?

I’ve had angina for over 40 years (I was in my late 20s when it started) but as I get older and less active (or more stressed) it has gotten worse.

I’ve learned to live with it, but it’s a real pain...no pun intended. Used to be, Nitro could ease it, but now it takes a hit of Nitro and a baby aspirin. Oddly enough, my heart is strong with no disease, but I have always had poor circulation, and that is what causes the angina.

I spent most of yesterday in bed, contrary to other plans, and took several naps, so I’m thinking I did the right thing! :o]
