I’ve had angina for over 40 years (I was in my late 20s when it started) but as I get older and less active (or more stressed) it has gotten worse.

I’ve learned to live with it, but it’s a real pain...no pun intended. Used to be, Nitro could ease it, but now it takes a hit of Nitro and a baby aspirin. Oddly enough, my heart is strong with no disease, but I have always had poor circulation, and that is what causes the angina.

I spent most of yesterday in bed, contrary to other plans, and took several naps, so I’m thinking I did the right thing! :o]

I’m sorry to hear that your angina has gotten worse. It’s a good thing that you can handle it with nitroglycerin and aspirin, though.

Resting up is usually a good restorative for my old bones as well. Hang in there, and don’t let DIL get you down.
