The problem is 'When' to pull the handle.
It could be a wasted ejection and hence car, or under an overbridge.
Multi car pileup on M6...Drivers reported coming down over surrounding Three counties.

SG...stop with the self-flagellation. We are all idiots in some area, and some of us are idiots in a LOT of areas. But you don’t have the right to beat yourself up here on the UT.
I mean, none of us are perfect, and if we have questions, none of us are afraid to ask for two reasons: 1. We have a need to know, and 2. there is always someone here who has the answers, and 3. there is always someone here who knows less than you do, so the question benefits all. (OK. make that three reasons.)
So have some hot cocoa and some cc cookies, settle into that big ol’ chair and let the atmosphere of the Library relax your brems.

LOL!
I could have used one on the Chicago, LA and Philadelphia freeways/toll roads, but I would hope to look far enough ahead to miss the overpass/overbridge.
It would have caused a multi-car pile-up over Cajon Pass, into LA with not a lot of trouble, but if one is on the 405 in LA, it might cause a lot of UFO sightings, desires to reach Nirvana, and traffic jams in Topanga Canyon.
