I turn into a pumpkin after ten. Since it after 11 here, been a pumpkin for about an hour. I keep hoping the good fairy will turn me into a coach and let me carry Cinderella to the ball. Cinderella does not have to be home till 2 AM tonight. Cinderella has plenty of time. Being a pumpkin ... am starting to rot. That Good Fairy better hurry. I'll be one smelly pumpkin by 2 AM.

It was them dang bed bugs got you up wasn’t it? I have some of Junior Johnson Fresh Run Shine to wash the bed sheets in to get rid of them critters. Just don’t drink too much.

My mother, bless her soul, was always there to answer the phone when I called her, no matter what the hour. Even after all this time, (25 years) I miss being able to call her.
I respect my son, (but not his wife) and I will call him in the morning.

Knowing your deep pondering, Bob, I can’t help but ask, again, “WTF?” It's math. That's all. You hate math? Here's another reason:
If you live a normal life-span, chances are half the people you meet, including young people, old people, fun people, and dour old sourpusses like me, will die before you do.
It's your fault for living so long. If you die at eleven, you may never experience the loss of a friend. Of course, I don't recommend that. It's not good for the species.
But the math is unassailable.

Not very comforting, is it? My suggestion, then, is everybody, starting right now, help make ours an even longer-lived species. Let's make the average life-span a hundred and fifty years, and that's just for starters!
Sixty is the new forty, right? So that means seventy-five is the new sixty!
