I’ve been thinking I was lactose intolerant. I’ve been eliminating out of my diet to see if I got better. I eliminated dairy (including lattes) or took lactaid and I got better.
I decided to try a latte using almond milk. I immediately got sick. It looks like the coffee was actually the culprit.
Been feeling much better since just taking out the coffee.
Might be the caffeine in the coffee. Have a coworker who can drink decaf but regular causes problems.
