OK......finally back. What did you do for news or entertainment while FR was down?

Trolled political web sites I would not be caught dead posting on. De-contaminated myself well.

I did see that the reason it is impossible to have a decent debate on real issues is the opposition is well versed in Alinsky’s RULES FOR RADICALS and shut down any real debate.

Also trolled on web sites I might post on if there was anyone there to read it.

For the last 2 year I gave up FR for Lent. This year I didn’t and I still had withdrawal. Seriously I got no news at all. Fox News website sucks. I did some extra housecleaning, checked on my sauerkraut, still not ready. Found myself staring at the maintenance notice from Jim a few times. Would click to refresh thinking - maybe now, no maybe NOW.

frustrated beyond belief we went to the range and threw a few hundred rounds down range. Felt a lot better, got a pizza and went home to watch “Doomsday Preppers” :-).

Ironically, I had my own constant computer trouble during the exact same period. It started Tu-sday morning and I think I've just not gotten it figured out . . . I hope. But it involved driving many miles to buy a program which then rejected the very license number it gave me, a 25 minute phone call in which I yelled at some poor lady who had the misfortune to be the employee to be the one to pick up my call, and finally getting my computer remote-controlled by someone else.

What is it with all this stuff?

I tried to imagine the odds that JR was retiring and selling. I think JR is 65 or so years old, so it wasn’t an irrational worry.
