So if they had killed the 3 people they shot at in the 2 separate vehicles we just chalk that up to tough luck? The cops had to take that approach?
Who said anything about chalking it up to “tough luck”. They should be charged and held accountable. But to say they were looking to just shoot innocent people (which some people are saying) is wrong. Tensions were high. They should still be expected to perform. They didn’t. They should be held accountable.
