From KCal 9 News around 1:30 PM PST - Sorry, I don't own a PVC so I had to use my phone. I have this footage saved on my DVR.
Edit: To address comments: No, I did not edit this. This is recorded with my cellphone. This was recorded by reporter Carter Evans. It is not radio chatter that is being heard. He says earlier in the broadcast, (which I can also upload) that he is speaking to them via his speakerphone on the ground from the middle of the shootout, and the cops can also be heard telling him "get the f*** out of here pal". The timestamp of this event is ~1:35pm.

So it was said, but IIRC, all of them were alleged to have the same wound to the base/back of the skull, and were have been alleged to have been once Clinton bodyguards in Arkansas.
“no one died in the initial engagement”
Might want to check you facts.
I was contacted by one of the Waco investigators. I know a few things about Waco others don’t know.
Trust me, Hillary doesn’t want questions about Waco brought back up while she is running for president.
When they blew away that Dykes guy in his hole in the ground in Alabama last week, that story died as quickly and completely as he did.
My only question is, will it be exactly two days from the end of one big violent national 24/7 gun story until the next one, like it has been three times in February already?
That's just the way it is, but not for every thorn in the government's side, just for some of them.
And if you don't threaten violence, the government will still hand you your ass, in jail. "Might makes right" is the way of the world, and the feds are expert practitioners.
Anyway, this incident doesn't change anything. The reality in the United States has been like this for a couple decades, at least. The government NEVER admits doing anything unacceptable, not even after it loses in court.
So, it's really the cabin acting much like an evil SUV.
Earlier, you wrote: "He had over two hours to surrender, he chose to go this way."
Yeah ... whatever.
theres no comparison between an accidental shooting and premeditated murder.
There's absolutely nothing 'accidental' about a bunch of bloodthirsty thugs-in-uniform criminally assaulting innocent people who don't even remotely resemble the suspect that they're supposed to be trying to arrest.
Whether the dead ATF were assassinated by their peers, or were hit by davidians, it still isn’t true that nobody died in the first battle. The ATF took out a few Davidians too.
Right. The Constitution is dead. The Republic is dead. The only real question, from a forensic or historic perspective, is "when did they die?"
The Constitution is over 200 years old and doesn't apply to modern times. All that crap about trials and juries and such...it needs to be tossed in the name of expedience.
obama will make sure that no Conservative is ever subjected to a police action of this sort.
So if they had killed the 3 people they shot at in the 2 separate vehicles we just chalk that up to tough luck? The cops had to take that approach?
Correct. Then they tried to spin it that the Davidians were the ones who “ambushed” the BATF. Yha didn’t hold water at all, but they have become slightly better liars over the years.
Almost 30 years ago, they burned down a house to kill the SLA fugitives in Los Angeles. I think it’s standard operating procedure in these kinds of cases.
Who said anything about chalking it up to “tough luck”. They should be charged and held accountable. But to say they were looking to just shoot innocent people (which some people are saying) is wrong. Tensions were high. They should still be expected to perform. They didn’t. They should be held accountable.
Well, that wasn’t the case here.
So you’re good with burning the cops alive who tried to murder the occupants of the two pick up trucks, right? No need for an arrest and trial, we all know what happened, don’t we?
The leftist in the media just keep putting hay on the smoldering embers hoping to hide the smoke. Eventually, it is going to combust and be a much larger fire then if they would have just faced the racial killing and hate crimes of black America.
Cry me a friggin' river. If they can't handle it, they need to find another line of work.
Dorner hat shot several officers that morning and emotions were running high.
In response, several 'officers' criminally assaulted completely uninvolved citizens, who did not even remotely resemble the suspect that those officers were charged with arresting and bringing to trial.
Now those of officers careers have probably been destroyed
Cry me a friggin' river. They belong in prison.
they reacted poorly to the situation that Dorner had created.
So ... in addition to being violent criminals, they're also incompetent.
You're doing a really good job of indicting the entire southern California police establishment.
Congratulations!
