So far, Kree was the only one of them that looked GENUINE when she was with the sick kids and their parents. The others looked uncomfortable/nervous/ wishing they werent there, kinda look. Or forced cheerfulness (Angie). I agree that Kree seemed the most at ease around these kids, and the crying mom.

Having lost both parents early in life I think she genuinely cares about those suffering hardship.
