The paperwork (and a fat check of earnest money) is with the federales, and the contract should be back by Tuesday. Once it comes back, the missus will work with the closer to get the restoration company to restart the utilities and get the home inspector in while I beat on my loan officer like he was a red-headed stepchild. Due diligence window, and all that. We outlasted two investors and the Devil himself to win this bid, and we're in full pit bull mode now.

I've been so laid out the last two days, I didn't make it to church this morning. When my wife got there, the pastor was greeting everyone at the door and handing out canisters of foaming hand sanitizer. It's bad everywhere.

Thanks Vision...I've enjoyed Gunsmoke for many years. Recently Encore has had the early episodes [the 30 minute program] and many of them follow the same story line and uses many of the the same actors, such as James Nusser, John Dehner as on the radio programs.....
