I like Farage's views on gay marriage, Civil partnerships are enough and give gay couples all the legal rights married couples have. I'm voting UKIP

Nigel Farage attended Dulwich College, which is part of the Eton Group of Colleges. As with other college groups, it sponsors a ferocious and competitive debate society.

In the past few years, it is so popular that they are now sponsoring major debate competitions. Last year, 60 teams from 18 schools competed in the 3rd Dulwich College Debating Competition.

I mention this, because some of these debating competitions are even televised because the speakers are so captivating. Imagine groups of speakers like Farange going toe-to-toe with people just as gifted and practiced with equal forensic ability, not just with ignorant journalists reading nasty and insulting political talking points.

Truthfully, it can be more exciting than Hollywood big budget action movies, and the winner is determined by the audience, who are a tough crowd that do not take kindly to rhetorical tricks or gimmicks.

“The battle of Waterloo was won on the playing fields of Eton.”

— Often attributed to the Duke of Wellington, it was actually written by Charles Forbes René de Montalembert. (N.B.: The battle of Waterloo was not fought at Waterloo, but at Mont-Saint-Jean. Wellington preferred the more Anglicized name of nearby Waterloo, so used it instead.)
