Someday I would like to have one of the breeds that crossed Siamese with longhairs. I used to know all their names, back when OldTax-lady and I went to cat shows. (Just as spectators, we never had a show cat.)
A reasonably pleasant day of “stewardship” conference. The speaker had a sense of humor, at least. Now it’s time to start cooking for the birthday people, not that Kathleen will care, she’s gone to sleep ;-).
I had a blue-point Birman cat: Long hair, blue eyes, blue-point Siamese markings...except for the white sox on his feet. The breed is large, like a Maine coon cat ~ The Great PV weighed in at 22 pounds.
There have been cats since, but there will never be another PV. He was regal, he was extremely intelligent, and he was a total wuss. We had him neutered before we knew his worth: He was one of 2,000 in the US at the time, and was the first cat to ever survive Feline Leukemia.
*snif*
Himalayans.

You want a Himalayan.
