OK, the young lady left the horsepital on Saturday and is safely ensconced in her home. Mother is finally getting some much needed sleep. The youngster is still working up her strength and they still don't know what happened, but unless something new pops up on the radar, we can thank God for the good report as I thank you all for your prayers.
I understand this disease is getting its own new name. What's Latin for "meh-whatever"?

Not certain but it will probably translate to “Peculiar Lower Extremity Numbness of Unidentified Etiology” unless they name it after the person who was the first to notice that there were three cases of it or after the first famous person it afflicted.
