In the space of three days I’ve managed to bruise the foot I haven’t broken in the past, pull a muscle in my neck, and now my right leg feels like it may have a stress fracture or something because it hurts to walk. Also driving is unpleasantly painful.

Unnngh. Try Aleve, get your right leg x-rayed, and be grateful you aren’t 46 yet. My left knee still hurts from the ice-skating fall almost 3 months ago.
