No matter how it may look, there is no evidence to pin it on you!
Besides if it was you the targeting would have been at a more collaterally expensive target.

Not sure if I have enough evidence to suggest that Darks might have some culpability in this issue but I do know that at about the time of the alleged meteor impact, Darks was at a secreted location where the surveillance cameras notoriously dysfunction - usually when he is present - and was supposedly attempting to initialize a Verizon cellular modem card which was not entirely in his possession. But that's his story.
And shortly before the reporting of the alleged meteor strike, he was observed exchanging something with a largish creature not entirely unlike a rabbit....
