It’s been drizzly here all day, but it got into the 50s briefly. Kids are having showers, and then I’ll read them more books about Egypt, and then maybe they’ll all want to go to bed early.

out of spinach! Do you get the frozen or the fresh? How do you use it for snacks? What about the bioavailability of the nutrients? That has always concerned me.
