So, I was wondering.
I get offers for new credit cards all the time. Usually there’s a period when there is 0% APR in order to draw me in and get me to roll my balances over to the new card. After that period the regular interest rate kicks in.
My question - if I keep rolling to new cards, can I rack up a debt that is several times my annual income without ever paying it, like the government? Can I use the credit card companies like my own personal Federal Reserve?
