Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.” So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology...

Do you have wireless internet?

Yes. Can you manage the access point yourself?

No.

He's supposed to turn the iPod in when he first arrives downstairs in the morning. We've just forgotten about it recently. I'll have to pick it up tomorrow, and then we'll see whether he can get moving more easily.

Today was the last day of driver's ed for Elen, so Bill will be at home until 8:30 or so. This should make a difference. Also, Tom will have to watch Kathleen while I go to Weight Watchers.

I have some slight hope of getting my mom’s phone service restored soon.

I just got an estimate for window tint for the Tracker...$150. Sometime in the next year, I will have a cooler interior. The windows on that thing are HUGH!!!

Phone service, Nully? Your mom has been without phone service? Is she eligible for the free phone from the government/medicare?

Lots of folks here have them.

She had phone service, she screwed it up switching carriers in the middle of switching carriers. Tangled up the paperwork something fierce, compounded by her repeatedly trying to help unscrew it over a cell phone that she can't hear using, not that she listens, either. Further compounded by her habit of turning off the cell phone when she's not actually making a call, and not knowing how to answer it even when it's on. Insanely complicated by not remembering her PIN for any of the multiple carriers she got involved, and made virtually indecipherable by her command of telco terms and lingo.

With any luck at all, I finally got it sorted out, and she should be able to make phone calls tomorrow with her land line on a temporary number, and recover her 40 year's plus phone number by next week.

Assuming her VOIP box was properly plugged in by the last person she had over re-installing her internet and cable. How that got screwed up is a whole 'nother story...

And assuming she doesn't try to help again...

Yeah, those windows are pretty big.
Ao like sitting in a huge open convection oven come summer at times.
Tinting will reduce the sun cooking though.

Holy majole. And I thought I was bad. Knowing how really bad I am, I have a little 5”x7” spiral notebook that I have all my passwords for all the websites I visit, even just once a month. If I visit for a reason, I have to write down what is what and why.

Wow. Sainthood can’t be far from your door, is it?

It will be much better than now, because there is no A/C. I’ve lived without it, but it would be nice to have on long trips...

Still, it will be well into the summer before I can spring for the tint. Pretty much mandatory, here.

And I’m actively looking for some older shower curtain rods for when I want cargo space instead of seats. The rods will hold the seat up and a second one will hold the cargo in place. Maybe I’ll look on freecycle.com, now that I have the wheels to go get something! LOL!

It would seem that Sainthood will find you, ready or not! LOL!

And with that, I’m off to bed.

See y’all tomorrow.

(I’m still savoring my Trader Joe’s Belgian chocolate...the dark stuff hasn’t been touched yet...)

:o])

I often get asked why I don’t use the AC in my car.
So I reach over and put my icy hands on them.
They never ask again.

Hello, I am Darksheare and today I will be teaching you how to drive the M8 Scorpion.
Hop in and get acquainted with the controls.
Note that hey are all labeled in white paint on teh OD green background.

“I can’t see too well out the vision prisms.”

Don’t worry about that, you can drive over most objects in your path anyway.
Even the mobile screaming speedbumps.

*Bumo bump Augh!*

Like those.

"I often get asked why I don’t use the AC in my car."

About the only time I use the compressor in my delivery vehicle is when I need the defroster to clear the windows on a rainy day.

It doesn't make sense to me to either be rolling the windows up and down to use the AC, or fighting the solar oven it becomes if you leave it too long.

I grew up with 2/55 air conditioning, and I still like it!

“This vehicle seems awfully wide. Isn’t it difficult to keep it in the proper lane?”

“Don’t worry about that.”

Two open windows at 55 miles an hour?

This is part of the course, you must complete the task at hand.
