Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedevs off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled Men in Black that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.
However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name. So Medvedev was referring to a Russian documentary film titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...
Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhowers alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earths resources in exchange for advanced technology...

Joe, I’m out of BB shot for mine. I know the ladies only issued the males repeating slingshots. They kept the good weapons like the vaporizers for themselves. Oops. That information was classified. Sorry Joe.
Ohhhnnnnnnnn....
*weeping*
Don’t we pay a bunch of nebbishes at the State Wildlife Department to deal with this sort of thing? Or perhaps your municipality has a Nuisance Abatement office.
laughing she is Joe. All the way to the bank!
That’s too advanced for me, Joe. I used to make my own sling shots from a “Y” from a boxelder branch, an bicycle innertube strip and a piece of shoe leather.
The one I have now is steel and has a wrist brace, and though I haven’t tried it out, I’m sure it would be as easy to use as the ones I made. I have a bag of marbles ready...
If I had a vaporizer, you could have it. Anything for my Pal. *hug*
It’s a trap Joe. I saw a vaporizer in the purse.
an bicycle = an OLD bicycle...
I used to have a Palm, and sometimes had issues with the sync. The simplest solution is to uninstall the Palm software from the computer and reinstall it. That sets the pipeline settings to default. If you can spot a pipeline setting that looks wrong, you could change it to see if that fixes it. I also found the handset that connects to the computer was not reliable, and went through a couple of them. When I got my Droid, I copied the phone book into it and threw the Palms away.
Palm is an example of a technology that dead-ended, and it’s only going to get worse. Sorry. :(

This Palm is for a specific use: At the race track, to handle trip/vehicle/weather data, rather than use a laptop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing has worked.
I found a site that did a diagnostic on the drivers in my laptop and the Palm, and all the drivers need updating, which is not surprising to me. As soon as I can get the download I need, I think we will be in business.
About the only thing I use the Palm for (my own) is a camera, as I really like the size of the viewing screen. I’m sure it has other uses, but that’s the only one I’ve bothered with.
Thanks for the info. I will pass it on. The use of the Palm at the track seems to be a fairly “new” thing, since the software for it is just now available. I will let you know how things go.
That was true with the last one I had, a Zire. The camera was excellent. Sounds like tech support is going to work out for you, and that pleases me.
At the race track, to handle trip/vehicle/weather data, rather than use a laptop.
What on Earth do you do at the track?? Sounds like pit crew or something. Something hand-held has *got* to be better (and cheaper) than a PITA laptop. Less to lug around.
Just for diagnostic purposes, of course.
