I no longer make cheese but did for over 20 years, all from fresh goats milk. I made many different kinds from soft to hard cheese. Making cheese is a labor of love and I do miss it. Cheesemakers were the first preppers.
Except for that part where I've found Packer Fans all over the WORLD! ;)

The question is..What did mice eat before cheese and peanut butter?
It's obviously not meant to be taken literally, it means any manufacturer of dairy products.
I had forgotten all about the Mexican whooping llamas.
