Every state will be granted a waiver from Obamacare on January 20, 2013 via executive order. Romney has ssaid this repeatedly.
Any state with a GOP governor will grab it (30-32 GOP governors).
This is step #1 in dismantling and defunding Obamacare whether Harry Reid is happy or not. F— him.

He’s said it in his “closing arguments” both in WI and OH. Granting waivers to the states for opting out to begin the process of repealing the act. Something like that.
