I think both in northern Jersey, but don’t quote me on that.
I’m totally not sure of anything more specific than that.
..north and west Jersey is higher elevation... we dealt with the heavy rains, winds and fallen trees. The southern part had that, and the flooding, the surge was devastating....
We up north are dealing with the power problem, the people of the shore area don’t have anything to bring power back to...
