You are so right CedarDave. Anyone in a business that believes they are ‘indispensible’ needs to be immediately involved in training their skills and passing on their job.
Otherwise, the business is under threat of collapse should something, ANYTHING happen to that person.
Even emotional and personal stresses. Which can also include boredom.
