The Tide has turned..Obama is losing. My Predictions 2 weeks out.
Real Debate Wisconsin ^ | 10/19/2012 | Downtown Brown

I know and the media now knows that Obama is going to lose.

Is anyone else sensing the TURN of the "Tide"???? I am feeling it, and smelling it. Most of us know that the main stream media has been running cover for Obama for 5 years now. Very little "Vetting" or investigation at the beginning..very little pressure to do press conferences. Softball interviews on the View, and morning rock shows asking him about food and what kind of superhero he'd be. the list goes on...

Just in the past 2 days.... the tide has shifted. BIG TIME!! First the New York Times now has the Benghazi story on the FRONT page, top of the fold. CBS now has it's reporters chasing down the "Fast and Furious" story and even Eric Holder. Guess what;s happened? The press has decided that Obama is going to lose, and saving him is no longer of any value to them. The long knives are out and the questions are gonna get seriously tougher and the demands will be huge. He's gonna look more tired and more "grey" as the last 2 weeks go by. At the same time Mitt Romney is funny, and smiling and looking and acting "kool" and confident.

Look for the Sunday shows to be very tough on Obama and his talking head minions. I suspect Romney will be very well informed on the "TERROR" incident, and will not let it go on Monday night. Once the break begins, there is no turning back for the media, they want to win Pulitzers..and their not gonna let a good story escape, if there is no downside and Prez Obama is going down anyway. This will lead to a bigger win than many folks have expected maybe even 7-8 points...Watch all the Senate races fall the same direction over the next 2 weeks.

My 2 weeks prediction is: Romney 53 Obama 46 Gary Johnson 1% 320+ EV for Romney (Includes Wisconsin for Romney).

The Senate goes 54-46 GOP

Less than 5 seats switch either way in the House. The GOP adds 2 more Governors which I think makes 31-19

I think GOP wins the following Senate races: Wisconsin, Nebraska, North Dakota,, Massachusetts, Missouri, Virginia, Montana And then either Connecticut, Pennsylvania or Florida!

After that, it's the good life, no problems, golf, fat speaking fees, and all the lifetime perks of an ex-president. The temporal heaven of any lifetime public employee with connections.

I wouldn't be too sure about fat speaking fees and connections. He's not Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton went out a winner as a President who won two elections while bollixing up the Republican case for impeachment. For far too many people, he came out smelling like a rose. Love him or hate him, Clinton left office as a popular and iconic Democrat figure.

But Obama will leave as a failed loser, a fallen idol who has burned most of his friends at one time or another just to save his own ass.

Moreover, he will have seriously damaged the Democrat and Progressive brand, causing a huge setback for the Democrat agenda.

If the Democrats lose as I hope they do, they will be in the wilderness looking to reposition themselves and finding someone to blame.

They know that if they don't find someone to blame, then the public will start blaming the progressive agenda, and they will have to defend it.

So who will they blame, if not Obama? It's classic Alinskyism. Create a pariah to redirect the blame away from themselves and their ideas.

Moreover, who in the Democrat power structure really LIKES Obama, anyway?

All in all, I that if Obama loses, he won't find too many people eager to take his phone calls, let alone calling him for consulting gigs and speeches.

Personally, I think he'll become the political equivalent of OJ Simpson after his acquittal.

OJ had a comfortable lifestyle post-trial. But how many people ever wanted to play golf with OJ after that?

I’m sure anyone watching the Al Smith dinner Thursday night noticed Obama looked exhausted, like the 1st debate. This election is taking a toll on him physically.

I totally agree! I went to early vote today (I’m in Las Vegas) and there was a massive line of people..seems people are excited to vote and I doubt they were all there for Maobama.

I am seeing Romney stickers and signs but very few Obama ones.

Vetting?

I want ALL the truth about BO to come out. All of it. Nothing barred. Let these hidden items be finally brought to light.

Or have him teach law courses.

I think it's over-optimistic on the senate races and the electoral vote. I think Romney wins but it'll be more like 280-285. I don't think the GOP picks up that many seats in the Senate. If they take control then it'll be with 50, maybe 51 seats. I think they keep the house with about the same number of seats.

And for the trivia buffs I think this is the first race since 1916 where neither the president or vice-president take their home states.

Signalman,

I have no idea who you are but, I’ve decided to save your predictions and see how accurate you are when this game is over. I guess I could see Romney winning but, the GOP getting 54 seats seems like a real stretch to me. Are you sure you’re net being a little overly optimistic?

I think you are dead-on. That’s almost exactly how I see the election outcome, and yeah, that’s how elections are, you can almost smell the outcome. In this case kind of like when you evacuate your bowels.

“We” didn’t elect a Marxist, anti-American idiot unless you have a mouse in your pocket. I did not vote for the bastard and he is not my President, nor will he ever be.

Obama’s campaign has been reduced to talking about “big bird” and “binders”. That is just pathetic with all the serious issues facing this country.

My Predictions 2 weeks out.

I made my prediction on FR before That Ass took the oath: One and done and he’ll be powerless to do anything about it...just like Jimmy Carter. A few months ago I wrote Romney by 4 to 7 (or was it six?) and said that this is the modern version of a landslide.

You and me both. I think I’ve been saying for 2-3 months that Romney would get about 52% and 320 EV. I am cutting back to 310 because I see no way he wins NM now.

Over the years, I’ve learned to not use the amount of campaign signs I see as a barometer for anything, but this year I’ve been noticing something very unusual for a general election year.

In my rural SW VA area, even though they lose my county in presidential elections by 25-50 points, we have a pretty faithful base of democrat voters around. Back in 2,000, there were Gore signs everywhere, in 2004 there were Kerry signs everywhere, and even in 2008 there was a respectable amount of 0bama signs.

This year..... I have seen next to NO 0bama signs. I mean, NONE!!! I’ve never seen anything like it! There will even be yards and locations where the signs for the dem Senate and Congressional candidates will be, but a sign for 0bama will not be with them(that’s just too weird).

There’s a fair amount of Romney signs around, though I don’t believe many people around here like him much. Folks just want to send 0bama packing, and if they have to use Romney to do it, then so be it.(that’s pretty much how I see it)

I want the percentage to be the same as 2008 or higher. The media called Zero’s win a “mandate for change” and a “landslide,” so I can’t wait to use those terms regarding Romney for the next 4 years. Payback is a bi-atch.

I think you're just a little over zealous on the Senate count, but I agree that the Republican's will have a majority in the Senate when this election is over and they'll easily keep the House.

At that point, Obama winning or losing is irrelevant. Romney winning the White House becomes a "nice to have."

Just my own opinion.

I’m beginning to wonder about his speaking fees now, too. There will be the usual suspects who will pay to have him come to address their confabs, but the list and fees will be far more limited now than had he not screwed up Debate #1 so badly, setting himself up to lose the election.

The D constituency groups are going to be FURIOUS. How well did Jimmuh Carter make out on the rubber chicken circuit after his defeat? Problem is: Jimmuh had independent wealth; Obama not so much.

Romney wins by 10 points and Pubs take both houses. My wish, anyway. Obama and Holder go to prison. (fingers crossed)
