Just another day in Cincinnati? Heck No.. not on Game 5 day!
(Excerpt) Read more at stats.sfgate.com ...
Can they sweep em in Cincy? I’m gonna have a heart attack.
Bring in Lincecum and I’ll join ya at the ER. ;-)
This was decided when Cueto tweaked his oblique thanks to that bush league move by Pagan in Game 1. The Reds should have taken care of it then, but if all is lost later today, do what should have been done (plug Pagan in the back so hard it takes him out of the playoffs - fair play in my opinion).
I wonder how well Lincecum can pitch after throwing 50 yesterday...
Come on Verlander.
Sucks because of their meltdown last night, Verlander won’t pitch Game 1 of the ALCS.
DAMN POSEY!!
Go Gigantes! Go Tigres!
Posey ,, bases loaded.. get the defibrillator.
Grand Slam!!!
OH MYYYYY!!!
6-0 Yiants!!!
Go Cardinals! Rather play the hapless Reds.
World Series II for Stl
The A’s Tigers game should be a good one too!! The Cardiac Kids are back!
It looks good, but I won’t breath easy until its over as long as Casilla is in the bullpen.
GO GIANTS!!!
Love my Reds, but what an epic choke this is looking to be.
No team in history has ever lost the last three games of a best-of-5 division series AT HOME after going up 2-0. Never. Yet the Reds seem determined to make history and return to one-and-done in the post-season. Pathetic, if they don’t turn it around in the next few innings.
I have been a Giants Fan since I was born in the SF Bay Area and they just came to town. It gladdens the heart to see the boys win on the field after all the years of disappointments. Winning the World Series a couple of years back was fantastic. Is there a possibility of another Bay Bridge Series? Could be!
This apparent collapse makes the 2010 playoff no-hitter a fond memory.
The only possible good to come out of this is if the Reds do not renew mis-manager Dusty Baker.
GO CARDS!
The year was 2010 when Molina started the brawl.
Of course, I wouldn't expect a whiney Cards fan to know the time of day.
I would have never gone with Valverde in that situation last night. He’s a great closer but doesn’t do well under pressure.
Verlander on the other hand does his best work under pressure.
