Asking whether you are a citizen when buying Ammunition to me is a good thing. Frankly, I don’t want foreigners of any flavor “not-citizen” buying anything related to weapons, period...The US Constitution is not for them; it is for citizens. They can go the hell home if they don’t like it.
So Miranda rights do not apply to foreigners? How about pleading the 5th? How about freedom of speech? Of religion?

ACCORDING TO THE LAW, Dicks has ZERO jusitifability to apply this question indescriminately to AMMO sales, and whenever it does apply it, it must be able to show a REASON.
Don't you see what Dick's is implementing? It is the idea that if you don't provide some sort of positive evidence, you can be presumed - simply for existing - to be an alien or illegally or unlawfully in the United States.
THIS IS A BIG DEAL.
