I deal with what is, not what should be. The risk for harm is greater now, and greater STILL (by at least 2%) the way things ARE, on my planet. On your planet, increasing the risk by ONLY 2% is no increase about which to be alarmed, because it really shouldn’t be the way it is, even though it is.
Right?
As I said, the solution to your concern is to refuse to allow government employees to spank children or teenagers.
Let their parents decide where they stand on the spanking question.
