I’m surprised you haven’t been pinged to this yet. Comments? I've known that sword fighting in movies has been bogus for a long time... especially fighting with japanese blades. They attempt to never strike blade to blade. And broadswords are heavy... not meant for fencing like you see... or even much swinging.

It was given to some museum or something. They mentioned that it weighed 6 or 8 pounds.
