I was riding around in the car, listening to XM Radio and had FOX News with Megan Kelly's show on. She was interviewing some guy and said (paraphrase) she's hearing from people in the know who are discussing this behind closed doors that Obama will be re-elected for sure and gee, how would four more years of Obama affect the crapola you and I are talking about? What are we to think about this statement by Ms. Kelly? Complete rubbish?
Pure BS, Megan Kelly said no such thing. Nice try Obot
I suspect her “source” is one Karl Rove, her fellow Fox commentator, whom I also suspect is the source of one of these “extremely-well connected Republican consultant in the know” broadsheets going around indicating that the Republicans cannot win because they put Paul Ryan instead of one of the genius Bush family on the ticket.
“Dont we still have elections?”

We do, but as we’ve seen, the Republican primaries were fixed. So why wouldn’t the general election be fixed too?
I don’t know if this is true or not, but it is plausible.
You forgot the /sarc notation.
I wouldn’t put it past the democrats and Obama to “FIX” the election. A good reason to be sure all votes are verified and the count is correct. Pull the counting away from Spain and do it here in this country, where it belongs.
Those who claim to know ..don’t.

Yes, I could see that.
Has to be God Himself since He’s the only who knows for certain.
She has a talk show. She’s generating conversation.
There are no magical “insiders” that know all. If I had a nickel for everytime conventional wisdom was ass-backward ...
SnakeDoc
It wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
I’ve said it many times before, and I’ll say it again right here.
I believe this entire campaign is a charade. I believe the powers that be determined that 0bama would get a 2nd term, and the entire thing has been setup that way from day one. The Republican primary was a joke. Full of weak candidates. Any conservative that would have had any chance of winning was run out early on.
We were left with Romney, who hasn’t a chance in hell. I’ll still vote for the SOB, but I won’t be happy while I’m doing it.....
Megan Kelly is an idiot if she said this. Just like Harry Reid is an idiot for making stupid assertions he can not back up. Noob or no noob.
Win it and we're in a world of hurt, too.
No matter what any person does, there is much unpleasantness that lies ahead.
I won’t believe it til O’Reilly confirms. After all, he does know everything.
i remember election day 2004 listening to Hannity in the afternoon with a few people from work...he sounded dejected and we all knew something was wrong...
the next day, after GWB had won, Hannity divulged that someone he knew and trusted told him about 3PM on election day, “the election is over, Kerry won and your boy Bush is getting destroyed”...
just sayin’
Some people were thinking Obama was the favorite (and may still think this, thinking what we’re seeing just now is a blip).
They were looking at various polling data other than Gallup and Raz, incuding some nationwide and some state polls. For example, Quinnipiac, showing the President to be well ahead. But, Gallup and Raz have been showing the nationwide vote to be essentially tied for months.
For a whole lot of reasons, the polls indicating that the President was well ahead in enough battleground states to indicate that his re-election was a sure thing, was never to be believed.
In Megan Kelly’s defense, she may have merely been repeating recent scuttlebutt of certain, unnamed parties so as to make the recent movement in the polls appear more dramatic.
Maybe someone in the GOP?......the reason they picked Romney the Liberal.
