I have been fishing for bluefish and had the other bluefish in the school hit on the one I was catching.
When they come thrashing to the top they will bite anything.

I did something similar a half dozen years back.
I was fishing and hooked a small perch. While I was bringing in the perch, a muskellunge took the perch. I wound up landing a 17lb-9oz musky instead of the quarter pound perch. Did it on 4 pound test line toboot.

Great job posting this. This video is a year old, and went viral about a month ago. It's been posted here several times as well as ALL the other videos on the site you sent us to.
Question: Do you get a cut from the clicks?

I was fishing in Aruba and a wahoo took a chunk out of the dolphin I was reeling in.
Fish was almost to the boat and CHOMP! Water goes red, dolphin comes up and half of its torso is missing.

I was fighting a 2-3 pound bluefish in the surf a couple of years ago when there was an extra hard lunge at the other end, followed by no more resistance. I reeled in half a bluefish. Never saw the shark (I’m assuming it wasn’t another blue).

You’re the man! Best we did (7yr old and I) was a 12lb carp on 4lb.

On 4 pound test, that’s a real trophy! The muskie’s teeth usually cut you off.
While ocean bottom fishing a wreck site on a head boat at the Outer Banks year before last, I hooked a small blue runner, a pound or less. As I got it up to a foot or so under the surface, there was a flash of brown and white, and line screamed off the reel. The mate came running over, and I said “damned sharks!”
It was a 26 pound Cobia; great fight and tasted wonderful!

I'm not sure this is Darks fault, but he tells me that he likes snakes who fish.

I am not familiar with this video site. Could this be the one we need to replace the Google owned YouTube, which I now avoid?

I hooked a dolphin while fishing off Mazatlan, Mexico, but the crewman lost it as we were trying to bring it aboard. On that trip, I also caught several sharks--not sure of the species, but I think they were sand bar sharks. The one in the video might have been a sand bar shark, but from its markings, it could have even been a white shark.
I once went fishing exclusively for sharks off Southern California. We used mackerel for bait and were seeking out mako sharks. However, we only pulled in a couple of makos and a few blue sharks.
