Oh come on. OK, I'll correct my post "help defeat", you surely didn't think that I meant it's all on you. Seriously, if you're pro-life, pro-family, and pro-gun, we're on the same side. I'm sure we could find points to differ on, but is that really important at this juncture?
No, my question, if you care to answer, is besides voting, what practical steps can be taken right now, if not set back the left, at least help the good guys. Donate to good tea party candidates? Find a nearby swing state for GOTV? There are surely others: you're clearly passionate about this country, you're clearly a solid conservative, so your insights and participation are both invaluable and essential.
The question is not hostile: it's sincere. I don't think that we can afford any apathy, or any enemies on the right.
If not us, who? If not now, when?

While I wanted Sarah, and then Newt, I must say Mittens has impressed me twice now when he has been criticized for something he said and didn’t back down....I like it.....

Not a purist by any stretch since that is impossible. Probably will wind up voting against Obama but will keep the marshmallows out when the budgets start burning out of control (70 year bill comes due). History teaches us eventually any free spending society will run into an ugly course. The course I believe in the next stage will be is some type of “totalitarian” control which certain types of Repubs will sign off to in order to appeal towards some type of pragmatic stability. Usually goes in that direction until the masses revolt, rinse repeat etc... through the ages.
I guess perplexed how society keeps electing the Parliament of Whores since we are really in control through our votes and God given intellect. I guess apathy against true liberty is America's greatest “strength” at the moment. Oh, we'll, lol.

As I've repeatedly informed them: I AM voting for someone other than Obama (i.e., "Anyone But Obama.").
That only seems to make them more sulky, rather than less. ;)

I'm voting conservative in all races from President to dog-catcher. I do personal networking to let people know that Romney isn't conservative.
Most importantly, I'm living my life as a free man, ignoring or avoiding the statist crap, and teaching others to do the same.
