Danica Patrick's fourth and final Daytona start in 2012 ended just like the first three; with a crash.
Patrick qualified third and spent most of the evening near the front, leading five times for a career-high 13 laps, and missed the race's 14-car pileup because she was at the head of the pack. It wouldn't have been a stretch to say that Patrick might have had the race's best car.
But 17 laps later, Patrick wasn't so lucky. Jeffrey Earnhardt went around off the bumper of Ricky Stenhouse ahead of Patrick, and Patrick, who was on the outside as the field exited Turn 2, darted to the inside to miss Earnhardt's car. But as she made her move to the left, she clipped the front bumper of a car and off she went towards the inside wall.

You sound like a democrat—pigeon-holing someone and dictating what she should and shouldn’t be doing. There were plenty of wrecks in last night’s race too. It’s the nature of the track and restrictor plates. I thought Danica did well and she did have a fast car. It was an exciting finish on both nights.

Whoa buddy. If anybody is ‘sexist’ it’s Danica. She been selling it since the beginning. As a female, I am not a hater of Danica, as much as a hater of what SHE AND NASCAR have turned Nascar into.

If you are a true race fan and not a drooler, you would have noticed that she didn't get behind any driver and push. That's because no one trusts her ability to do the job.

And, for the record, I've owned a race team so I have a little knowledge in that area.
Has nothing to do with sexism. Real race fans prefer real race car drivers. These include Johanna Long, Simona De Silvestro, Sarah Fischer, Erin Crocker and many other women drivers who didn't sell their bodies for money.
FFS, There were 5 women in one Indy and they only talked about Danica.
