You are right about that as I heard/saw Romney say it. He said she is going to work with him on healthcare encouraging states to develop their own healthcare like Mass. did. He said this during the time of the Florida primary.

Leaving it up to states as to whether or not to institute Romneycare as a state program on their own is infinitely preferable to the federal mandate of ObamaCare. My state already said no, thank you, and so did many others. If Romney was running for governor and advocating a particular state-based program, I'd be a lot more concerned. But as long as he respects federalism as President, I don't care about his personal preferences.
