We were talking about who Romney would appoint. Now the subject is Democratic filibuster?

You have never heard of Robert Bork and that he was filibustered? You don't understand that is a tactic Democrats have used against Republican nominees to the courts?

And, given Romney's lack of conviction and willingness to govern out of political expediency, why on earth do you think he'd fight to get a conservative judge onto SCOTUS? He didn't even try to fight for even moderate judges in Massachusetts.

It is Romney’s job to keep his word as to who he’d appoint.

What mind-boggling is that you'd trust to keep his word when he has flip-flopped and broken his word over and over again.

You're stupidity is dooming conservatism for EIGHT years instead of four.

Judge Bork was not filibustered.

You just don't ever say one true thing, do you?

No its not...

The Constitution doesnt say that at all...

Read the Constitution...

The job description for the president is contained within...

it does not include “he must keep his word” about anything he promised while campaigning...

and actually Willie Mitty has not promised to appoint Conservative judges...
