Whatever. He/she/it will be back.
I wonder if he’s getting hate or support?
Stage managed soap opera most likely.
No! I don’t believe it. He’s been posting here non-stop.
RIGHT ON, ((((TOL))))!!!
No need to add a word to your erudite comments, save for including you with us in the much smarter than those pitiful poseurs category...lol.
Thanks Trisham

We have all received vile accusations etc from another FReeper at some point..
Yeah, and a lot of people in the USA are into that. In fact, you’ve got NASA sending out plaques and other “announcements” that “we are here” for any aliens to pick it up - if they run across it. You’ve got others who want the government to fully release information on UFOs. You’ve got many scientists saying that it’s absolutely certain that there are alien civilizations in other parts of space and the universe.
SO ... that’s not such an unusual position.
However, what is different about Quix’s approach to possible encounters and sightings of UFOs and aliens - is that he takes it from a Biblical standpoint. And there are clear and overt statements in the Bible that there are “aliens” - who come and go with ease - here on earth. They are those beings that the Bible refers to a “angels” - of which there happen to be angels who are with God and those who oppose God. The Bible actually gives the “breakdown” and percentage of being who are with God and those who are against God.
It breaks down to 2/3 with God and 1/3 against God. That’s the specific breakdown given. SO ... from a Biblical standpoint - being that the ones who are against God are also deceptive and lying and attempt to hurt and destroy people - and according to what happened with Noah and the world-wide flood and according to Genesis 6 and the careful reading there - there are many Christians who take the position that there are not really legitimate alien civilizations out there in space - but they are really manifestations of the angels who are against God (that 1/3 mentioned above) - and they are lying and deceitful and trying to pretend to be some kind of real alien visitors from outer space.
That’s a position of many Christians who have looked into this issue and tried to find out how the Bible addresses it - from the information we have in the Bible.
And like I said, we ALREADY KNOW that there are other beings out there that come and go easily - here on earth - as we’re told that very clearly. In fact, the Bible even says that one can easily “entertain a guest” in your own house - that you may not be aware is one of those beings. This is directly and clearly stated to Christians.
Anyway ... I hope you get the idea here - from a Biblical and Christian standpoint.

And by the way, if you want an indication of the percentages of people who believe “various things” including aliens ... read this article.

Thank you, Nana. It’s not acceptable, imho.
Not. He posted truther crap on FR that got pulled. Saw it myself.
Yeah, I read it and it seems that he was doing what he does in his job, as psychologist ... :-)
He probably sees a lot more about people (even me and you and anyone else) in interacting with them - from the perspective of his training in psychology. I don’t have that training ... so I don’t have the ability to argue the different theories of psychology like Quix would be able to do.
Personally, I sleep a lot better after having learned to laugh at idiots like that.
I kinda learned that from you, sweetie.
While I'm thinking about it, why is there so much moaning and crying about the lack of free speech at FR? Romney supporters have been posting just about whatever suits them. So the complaints are totally without merit.
[smiles fondly at you]
Please add me to your list. I’ve said I won’t vote for Romney, I’ve always said it, and I won’t!
Neither you or RY have presented any proof that someone stole his name. I remain unconvinced.
The assurances from a member of that site don't carry much water on FR, especially when they are holding dual membership. When the site owner of TBL gets rid of the TOS forum, be sure to let us know. That alone speaks volumes for the "conservative" ideals of TBL...a forum explicitly geared to run down FR.
Membership in the site alone given the anti-FR atmosphere speaks volumes about those who continue to hold FR membership, also.
Thanks very much, dearest DJ, but I long ago dismissed those type of “authorities” like Quix and Star Traveler because I’m certain God is displeased by their holier than Thou actions and screeds.
Show me the proof. Well, that’s not happening until we die, so make the best of our lives and do not harm others, by word or deed and always start our prayers by asking for forgiveness.
So sad that you are correct, Norm. MKehoe, you cannot vote "against" Obama or Romney, nor can any other American. You can only vote FOR a replacement. Your vote for Romney, while you intend it to be "against" Obama, will only be perceived, regarded, and acted upon as your endorsment and sanction of all that Romney stands for. PERIOD.
I will vote official third party knowing that the guy I vote for doesn't have a snowball's chance of replacing Obama, but also knowing that by withholding my vote from Romney and Obama and giving it to another candidate, my vote will be included in the final tally that will, I hope and pray, make it so whichever menace wins, Romney or Obama, has a weak and pathetic victory so as to be all the easier to for all those conservatives I'll have voted for down ticket, to fight and DOMINATE.
You are risking a popular landslide mandate for Romney's progressivism, which certainly is as nuts as voting for Obama. What you mean to vote "against" won't mean a damned thing come 2013; the only thing that will count is what you voted FOR.
That's why I'll be voting for a plurality. It's the ONLY way I can use my vote at the top of the ticket to help conservatives downticket.
I think what galled Quix about some of the Catholic threads was a few Catholics would say there is no salvation outside the Catholic church. I think that set him on edge because it was so contrary to what he believed as a born-again Evangelical.
I have many friends, especially in Right To Life, who are Catholic, and they love Jesus and believe they are saved by Him, and Him alone...as I have many Protestant friends who feel the same way.
It’s when you get the hard-core fundies who say the Catholic church is the anti-Christ, and catholics aren’t saved, and then you get the hard-core Catholics who say that there’s no salvation outside the Catholic church, that tempers rise and fur starts flying.
Quix just let his (strong) emotions get the better of himself...
Ed
He sure did. I think Bondi discussed it with Greta Van Susteren, as well.
Finny
if Willrad was to get the GOP-e nomination at the convention
and if he was to win in Nov...
What would be wrong with a landslide ???
I dont think he would get one...
but if he did...
I didn’t know about the impersonation of you until this thread. I knew about DJ’s TOL’s, Jim’s and mine via copies through FR mail. Also the idiot take-off’s of our names or mocking of phrases for names, like DearestSweetYou. They’re like teenagers. Clown Posse redux.
Yours was more serious.
Gunner for POTUS. Palin gets whatever she wants!
