It was suggested that I should post this in the public forum instead of keeping it in Freepmail.
The monster who raped me is coming before the board of parole again. Every 3 years.
I ask that anyone who may have a reason to want him to stay behind bars, please consider writing the board (by email) expressing their thoughts about his release. He is a 5-time felon. The attack happened in Texas, the day before Thanksgiving, 1990. He broke 6 locks on my front door.
When he was raping me, he made it clear to me that I would not be his last victim. He told me that if I helped prosecute him, he would kill me when he was released. He also assured me that he would never again leave a witness. He told me he would kill next time because he wouldn't allow himself to be put back in prison.
I am blessed that I wasn't killed. I thank God every day for that blessing.
He is a five-time felon. Each one of his crimes was progressively worse than the one before. His attack on me was brutal. During the attack, he took every opportunity to make me feel inferior. He justified his attack by claiming I deserved it because of the way I dressed.
It's been 22 years since he attacked me, yet it feels like it was yesterday. I will always feel fear; I will always worry about my own children being attacked. I will always worry that he is around the corner waiting to kill me. I will always feel the need to watch over my shoulder. Please help me convince the board to not release him. Please help me convince them to make him serve his life sentence. Please help me keep them from releasing another sexual predator on the innocent.
Before they caught him, he ran to Florida to escape. I believe no state is safe from this monster.

Will they accept comments from non-Texans? If so, I would write a letter.
The address of the parole board, the date of the hearing, his name and case number would help.

Last I heard, the board has to approve it, and the gov signs it.
But we don't let the governor grant parole or pardon without approval from the board.

Sorry, I didn’t notice your tagline until after you posted. I was robbed and shot in 1974. I alays carry a Kimber 5” 1911 .45cal. I won’t be a victim twice, either. Be safe. t. Wish I was nearby and could “help” with that problem. I’ll say a prayer for you.

They will accept letters from anyone who has a reason to want him to stay in. He has ran from Texas to avoid capture before, that means ANYONE could be at risk from him. Just mention that in your letter if you are willing.

The date of the hearing isn’t known. It’s not done like you see in movies. One board member calls me, notes my comments on the file, contacts him, notes his comments on the file, reads the letter that have been submitted, reads his file on his behavior. Casts their vote and mails the file to the next member.
