Kelley is telling friends she then went to grab her phone when she heard a big splash. She then went to the backyard and discovered him in the bottom of the pool.

How long does it take from the time you hear a big splash to the time a person takes to drown and end up in the bottom of the pool?

I'm assuming King still has money, and if so, the authorities will need to do a careful investigation of this incident.
