Now that I think about it I’m thinking camera movement - probably photographer was on a boat that was moving up and down - the circles seem on top of each other.

It’s pronounced “U-Ranus” not “Ur-anus” or U-rinus” as PBS TV was saying so they wouldn’t mis-prounce the “anus” word accidentally.
