Should the toilet paper roll end be over or under when it’s put in the holder?

That’s just so it’s neater when a little point is folded into the loose end.

We have to keep ours in a very handy near-by cupboard since the cat prefers it on the roll so she can grab one end and drag it all over the house.

BTW Hellman’s is great on a hot dog.

Over the top makes it much easier to tear at the perforation without leaving a long tail of TP hanging down.

To me, it’s a matter of human engineering.

Characteristic of the help you get these days, about one time in five the paper towels or the napkins are put in the dispenser with the foldless side facing out.
