Bells keep things at around 62 degrees according to my supplier, but I'm not set up for that.
Hop configuration is not too far off.
Next time will add less extract and corn sugar and will add 1 more lb of honey.
Theirs is around 10%.
All in all I am pleased.
Definitely in the ballpark.
The Porter I just bottled started with an OG of 1.104 and finished up at 9.5% I am afraid it may turn out to sweet. I have never brewed a beer with that high of a gravity before and did not know where the FG should have gone. It ended up at 1.040.
