Police are investigating after an officer was forced to shoot and kill a dog.
The incident occurred in the area of 670 NW 128 Court, at around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The owners of the Dutch Shepherd named Bosha were not home at the time, and the dog somehow found its way out of the home. A neighbor spotted the dog underneath his car and became concerned and called police.
Police then arrived on the scene and shot and killed the dog.
Bosha's owner, Odalys Gonzalez, came home to find her dog dead. "The officer went after the dog, OK, and that's when obviously the dog went again after him, and this time he shot the dog. The officer doesn't have any injuries," said Gonzalez.
As of now, Miami-Dade Police can only confirm that an officer did shoot and kill the dog and are investigating.

Like I said, you like big government.
That’s just the most anti-conservative part of these damaging posts. You think Eric Holder should “save the dogs”!

Like I said, you like big government. Big government comes from the New Deal Commerce Clause, not the 14th Amendment. Do you think the New Deal view of the CC is in keeping with original understanding of the Constitution, YES or NO?
Thats just the most anti-conservative part of these damaging posts. You think Eric Holder should save the dogs!
Stop mischaracterizing my posts. You said bad cops were a local matter only. I pointed out your error. Do you have a constitutional argument to counter my point?

You have the right to try to tell FReepers how to post and we are free to ignore your ridiculous suggestions.
We can even point out that you are wrong; which many have done with no intelligent responses from you.

So, you ARE happy with my posts.
That’s good, because otherwise the thread is only gossip that takes the wind out of our conservative sails.

How about having the common courtesy to answer my questions before you ask another. I'll repeat them. When you answer, then I will address your question.
1. Do you think the New Deal view of the Commerce Clause is in keeping with original understanding of the Constitution... YES or NO?
2. Do you have a constitutional argument to counter my point that bad local cops are the business of the federal government under Title 19 and the 14th Amendment... YES or NO?

So, should we also post positive reports of the things the Nazis did, because they many atrocities they also committed cause one to become downcast?
Here’s a notion: Promote national awareness of a national problem, so that it can be dealt with before we have our own version of the Gestapo or the Stasi.

What is truly un-conservative is to be outraged that ALL heads of the government hydra are being watched. The one labeled "police" is no less likely than the other heads of the beast named "Government" to strike against good Freepers; it is but one head among the other heads. The one who says "pay attention to the Senate-head, the DHS-head, the President head--but the police head, do not pay attention to it; speak only good things about it" Such a person acts in collusion with the hydra when the police head bites down upon an honest, innocent Freeper. Who, therefore, truly likes big hydra government?

Why don’t you clarify your meaning so I’ll understand this complicated issue of dog shooting by local cops. Do you want Eric Holder to take control?
