Big government comes from the New Deal Commerce Clause, not the 14th Amendment. Do you think the New Deal view of the CC is in keeping with original understanding of the Constitution, YES or NO?

Stop mischaracterizing my posts. You said bad cops were a local matter only. I pointed out your error. Do you have a constitutional argument to counter my point?

What is truly un-conservative is to be outraged that ALL heads of the government hydra are being watched. The one labeled "police" is no less likely than the other heads of the beast named "Government" to strike against good Freepers; it is but one head among the other heads. The one who says "pay attention to the Senate-head, the DHS-head, the President head--but the police head, do not pay attention to it; speak only good things about it" Such a person acts in collusion with the hydra when the police head bites down upon an honest, innocent Freeper. Who, therefore, truly likes big hydra government?
