According to Real Clear Politics, President Obama has 243 electoral votes wrapped up already. Right now, if he captures New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Virginia, those will be the 27 votes he'll need to get to the magical number 270 and another 4 years in the White House!

If voting for anyone other than the Republican nominee, you will become willing participants/sheeple in the destruction of our country by absolutely ensuring an Obama victory

If Obama wins all the states he won last time, he will win the election.

This is not as bad as it looks and actually improved this week with WI moving from “leans Barry” to “toss-up”, which reduced Barry's electoral total from 253 down to 243...and falling, IMO.

RCP merely aggregates the most recent state-by-state polling, but many of those polls go back months and are very out-of-date.

You can see the underlying polls for each state if you go to the expanded view of the electoral map and click in a state.

If all state polls were current as of this week, I expect that the GOP (and the shameless chameleon) would be in a much stronger position. We won't really see what “this week” looks like in the RCP averages until several weeks from now, given the lag in getting up-to-date state polls.

They have North Carolina as a toss up?

Michigan will be contested in the court. Same with Jersey. New Mexico is a Republican governor who will probably speak at the convention. Pennsylvania will be won by Obama only because 150% of Philly will vote for him. Nevada is too late. The SEIU got to the machines.

He can have Oregon.

Thank you, Captain Obvious.

i’m in Va. and the only reason dem Jerry Connolly is my congressman is a conservative 3rd party guy got 1800 votes

Virgil Goode will do the same for Obama. Goode won't get a fraction of a percent in the other 49 states but in his home state of Virginia, where he has the name recognition that comes with serving as a former congressman, he could conceivably pull 5% away from Romney. This is a highly contested state and a 5% handicap would devastate Romney's chances here. And if he loses Virginia, Romney has lost the election.

Virgil Goode's supporters seem to be pleased with this outcome.

Also, it was noted in another thread that today RCP just moved Wisconsion from “leans Obama” to “tossup”.

I think you will see more of that.

This adds many more scenarios for Ubama to be ousted.

I still maintain that if you start with RCP’s 170 likely for Romney, one then adds:

FL - 29
NC - 15
VA - 13
AZ - 11
MO - 10
IA - 6

That’s 84 more for 254

Pick one of OH (18), MI (16), or PA (20), and Ubama is gone.

That excludes several other possible states:

WI - 10
CO - 9
NH - 4

Romney is trending well in some other “leans Obama” states also (NJ, OR).

I’m in VA too and have yet to see a single Romney bumper sticker. That concerns me. I’m no Mitt fan by the way.

It won’t be close. Romney will win a sizeable electoral victory and a 53-47 pop margin.

Ubama is toast. People are lying to pollsters because they know that if you say you aren’t voting for the usurper you are a racist.

Many FReepers were absolutely convinced of that all the way to election day in 2008. Remember the "Bradley Effect?"

magical number 270 and another 4 years in the White House!

He's got it now, and he knows it.

Doesn't matter if he down 47 to 39 to Romney. Polls do not matter. Individual votes do not matter. Only those who count the votes matter, that is being done in Spain this year.

Obama will win, if he has to threaten delegates with death to vote for him in the E.C., he will.

We constitutionalists need to figure out how we're going to oppose Obama in the next 4 years, rather than focus on the horse race. 'Cause Obama's already got that in the bag.

In 2010 Michigan elected a Republican as Governor and has a Rep. legislature.

I don’t think Bozo is as popular as the lefties think. Sure he will win the Welfare culture counties. Wayne, Ingham, Kalamazoo.

I wouldn’t be suprised to see Bozo loose Michigan.

I won't put a Mitt bumper sticker on my vehicles. I'm waiting to find out who he chooses for VP so I can say that I'm voting for (Palin, Ryan, Huckabee, etc).

Well, Virgil Goode is going to do what he can for Obama in Virginia.”

I wouldn’t worry about Virgil Goode in Virginia.

Or anywhere else for that matter.

Br'r Drew68, you have outgrown your britches and your butt's showing.

Time to become an adult and lissen' up ~ if people want to vote for Virgil Goode, they have every right to do that. If you don't want Obama in the race, you know what to do but do you have the guts to do that.

That way it won't matter who we run for President, Obama won't be there.

Bull crap. The pollsters have no idea how sick the American people are of this affirmative action Marxist grifter. Another bit of propoganda to influence the vote.
