PITTSBURGH -
A man stopped Thursday morning rush-hour traffic in a Pittsburgh tunnel so he could rescue a kitten that's only a few weeks old.
Mike Hodak told Channel 4 Action News reporter Bob Mayo that he stopped his car and retrieved the kitten inside the Liberty Tunnels.

He continued on his way to Monroeville, while his wife, Tammy, took the kitten to a veterinarian.
The vet said the kitten -- a female -- is four weeks old and weighs one pound.
Hodak named the kitty "Liberty" -- what else? -- and is holding onto it until the owner is found.

Get another one Bullish. I had one find me on my deck. She was fixed and all she is two. She either ran away or she was dumped. Now I have three. I didn’t want any more animals.
